It all started with the need to express gratitude.

When you need help around the house - your water heater dies, something heavy needs moving or disassembly (or reassembly), any number of things, really - these types of kindnesses can be a challenge to directly repay.

Unless….it was something from the oven and from the heart.
Sweetly packaged. An idea bloomed, and with an absolute ton of support from dear friends, a reluctant baker was nudged out into the marketplace.

Cookies baked, bagged, basketed and boxed from that little blue cape-style house started becoming gifts of gratitude for others. Happiness was spread. Days were made. Love was shared.
